Remote Only Programming

A remote strength and conditioning program for athletes 13+ with at least 1 year of lifting experience. This plan delivers sport-specific, periodized training to build strength, speed, power, and stamina—on your schedule.

Access your program through TeamBuildr, receive weekly coaching support and video feedback, and train independently with purpose, backed by Perform4’s values of education, coaching, and leadership.

 

A 3-month minimum commitment is required for first-time members. Remote coaching is included. Alternative gym access is required.

Athlete Advantage Plans- In-Person & Remote Training

A hybrid strength and conditioning program for athletes 13+ with at least 6 months of lifting experience. This plan blends remote flexibility with 1–3 in-person sessions per week (based on membership), delivering sport-specific training through TeamBuildr and real-time coaching support.

Build strength, speed, power, and confidence—guided by Perform4’s education, coaching, and leadership values.

A 3-month minimum commitment is required for first-time members. Alternative gym access is required for remote days. In-person coaching is included as determined by members 1- 3x/week.

Team Training Consulting, Coaching & Programming

Customized training for athletes (13+) combining on-site coaching with app-based programming and performance tracking. Ask us about summer sessions led by a Perform4 coach at your school or training site, with on-site support from your team’s staff. This program includes access to TeamBuildr, team leaderboards, and optional sessions at Perform4 Sioux Falls during off weeks.

 

No gym membership required unless training independently on missed session days. Each team specifies the duration of the program based on the timing of the season. No refunds available.
